* Reservations will only be taken with payment. Payments by check may be made in person at Sun City Shadow Hills, Montecito Clubhouse. The reservation desk does not handle cash transactions.
* When reserving a table, please have the names of your guests turned in to the reservation desk at Shadow Hills no later than December 1, 2011.
* Table assignments will be made on a first come first served basis.
* There will be open seating tables for those purchasing individual tickets.
* To help ensure the safety of our young people beer and wine will only be sold at the intermission and Act II.
* A nomination is not a comp ticket. All attendees must purchase tickets. Parents, please do not drop students off at the door without having reserved a ticket for them.
* A Reserved or VIP Table guarantees the table for both Acts.
* Our MC's will accept awards for those not in attendance.
* It is up to the Producing Member to forward this invitation on to all his/her nominees. Please do this ASAP so that we can get an accurate head count and allow for people to plan ahead. Thank you.
